Owners of the Company

Ing. Filip Duchoň, MBA
Director of Financial Advisory Services

He has lead the Financial Advisory division since September 2008. Filip Duchoň’s most imminent goals are to fine-tune the medium-term and long-term strategy of the Financial Advisory division and set the processes of the company so that they match the dynamic development in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. An important part of his work will also be to manage a network of financial advisers. Filip worked for two years as the Marketing Director and later as the General Director in the field of import of tools for health protection at work. In 1997, he joined the Provident Financial Group. He gradually worked his way up there to the position of Sales Director and two years later (in 2003) he received an interesting offer: his job has become creation and management of the business and certain other departments of the company in Mexico.

Ing. Hana Strnadová
Financial and Operational Director

Hanka accepted the position of financial and operational director on the second of December 2007. She reports directly to the shareholders in the corporate structure. Her main task is to support all the divisions from the business point of view, with responsibility for managing and controlling the finances and operational affairs of the company. She also manages the back office in Olomouc, operations department and IT. He has extensive experience in management positions in financial management. For two years, she worked at RAVAGO Praha as chief financial officer. For the last two years, she worked at Economos Riha CZ s.r.o. at the position of chief financial officer and later as CEO and Company Executive.

JUDr. Vladek Krámek
Director of legal and compliance

Vladek appeared in Fincentrum in October 2007 as the company lawyer. Currently he and his team have responsibility for the complex legal issues of companies in the group Fincentrum in Czechia and Slovakia, including compliance and AML. His key job is to adapt the company position to the floating national and EU legislature and to implement all the changes in the business processes of the companies. Before he entered Fincentrum, he had worked in PRK, a top Czech law office. He has graduated in the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he has obtained the title of Doctor of Law in the field of international law. Currently Vladek is a member of the supervisory board of Fincentrum ČR and manager of Fincentrum Media.

PaedDr. Ing. Otto Hain
Director of Corporate Business for CZ and SK

Otto joined Fincentrum in April 2011 as Director of Corporate Business. This position covers the Employee Benefits Division, Insurance of Entrepreneurs and Industry and special corporate projects. He joined Fincentrum from AXA Assistance where he worked as Sales Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and was a member of the Executive Committee. He has many years of experience that he gained in the position of Sales Director and procurist at IMG and as General Director at the University of Economics and Management. Otto likes sports very much and his favorite authors include Karel Čapek and Arthur Hailey 

Mgr. Milan Repka
Director Fincentrum Slovakia

Since June 2007, he has been responsible for developing Fincentrum in the Slovak Republic. He graduated from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, majoring in Marketing Communication. Since 1998, Milan has been employed in the building society sector (Prvá stavebná sporiteľňa), first as a loan officer, then he worked his way up to the position of District Director for the Bratislava region. Prior to joining Fincentrum, Milan worked for two and a half years in the Slovak Savings Bank (Slovenská sporiteľňa) as a branch manager. In that position, he was responsible for the management of the branch and the entire team, hiring and training new employees, for the business strategy and business performance of the branch.

Mgr. Silvie Špačková
Marketing Director

Silvie joined Fincentrum in January 2010 from the international consulting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where she worked for the Global Division of Corporate Finance Advisory. In that position, she was responsible for developing global marketing communication tools and networks, as well as the management of the marketing support team for the Central Europe and EMEA. She also gained valuable experience in her previous job with St. James as a manager of marketing and sales. Silvie graduated with two majors, Humanities and Social Policy at Charles University in Prague. She graduated from a training program at the Institute of International Cooperation and Development in the U.S.. In Fincentrum, she is in charge of marketing and event management, both for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Mgr. Petr Zámečník
Editor of professional servers Investujeme.cz, Hypoindex.cz and ČeskéReformy.cz

He has served in the position of editor of the professional site Investujeme.cz since mid-2007 and he has also been the head of the project Hypoindex.cz since the server was launched in March 2008. Under his leadership, we also introduced the server Investujeme.sk that is now managed by Ľuboslav Kačalka. Since March 2011, Petr has been developing the website ČeskéReformy.cz. Before joining Investujeme.cz, he held the position of editor of the financial server Měšec.cz since 2001. Petr also teaches at the University of Economics in Prague.
