He has lead the Financial Advisory division since September 2008. Filip Duchoň’s most imminent goals are to fine-tune the medium-term and long-term strategy of the Financial Advisory division and set the processes of the company so that they match the dynamic development in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. An important part of his work is also to manage a network of financial advisers. Filip worked for two years as the Marketing Director and later as the General Director in the field of import of tools for health protection at work. In 1997, he joined the Provident Financial Group. He gradually worked his way up there to the position of Sales Director and two years later, in 2003, he received an interesting offer: his job was to found and manage the business and certain other departments of the company in Mexico.
|Ing. Karel Šulc
Vice-Chairman of the Board of DirectorsHe graduated in technical cybernetics from Czech Technical University (ČVUT) in Prague. He has been working in the world of finance since 2008. During his ten-year work in Swiss Life Select he has gained detailed knowledge in all areas of financial consulting. From different posts he had been holding he helped Swiss Life Select to achieve the leader position in the independent financial consulting market. Karel Šulc was a successful manager of the largest consulting team in Prague and through his inventiveness he contributed to the formation and prosperity of the Medical Division. Since March 2018 he has been leading Swiss Life Select Czech Republic from the post of General Director. Since October 2018 he has been also acting as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary Fincentrum a.s.
|Mgr. David Hegner
CFO/COO and Member of the Board of Directors
David earned a degree in economy and sociology at the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University and after some experience at financial and management posts with multinational corporations he joined Fincentrum as the Head of Controlling for the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic in June 2016 where he became a member of the Board of Directors in January 2017. Since November 2017 he has held a position of CFO/COO for the whole Fincentrum Group assuming responsibility for financial management, operations and back-office department. At the same time, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of Fincentrum a.s. (Czech Republic). Before joining the financial-consulting company Fincentrum, he had worked as a CFO and a member of the Board of Directors of ČS do domu a.s., a member of Česká spořitelna Financial Group. His hobbies include endurance sports, mountaineering and nice food.

He was born in 1973 at Nové Zámky in Slovakia. After his graduation earning a doctororate in russian laguage, literature and PE at Konstantin Filosof University in Nitra, he shortly worked in education. In 2001 he accepted a position of regional manager at První stavební spořitelna savings company. From 2003 till 2008 he built a regional directorate in ING Životní pojišťovna assurance company. For the next 6 years he worked as a business director for the internal business network in the ING company. He joined Fincentrum as a bussiness director in 2015. In October 2018 he was promoted to the position of a Chaiman of the Board in Fincetrum in Slovakia.

He graduated from Masaryk University in Brno. He started his professional career as a programmer of the portal finance.cz and also co-founded the software house Need a.s. Since 2002, he has been working as an external consultant and IT lecturer. In 2007 he joined AWD, where he was responsible for operation management and IT development. He has been with Swiss Life Group since 2013, holding the post of IT Director and co-implementing IT services and key projects within the international group Swiss Life International. In 2017 Dominik Kollár became a member of senior management of Swiss Life Select Czech Republic. Since October 2018 he has also been acting as a member of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary Fincentrum a.s.
